Refunds & Replacements:
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory cookies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and/or description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations & Order Changes:
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once your order has been baked or shipped, we cannot make any changes or provide a refund.
Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
